I am so glad Paypal is already offered here in the Philippines because PPP uses Paypal to pay out bloggers.

i've been using them since they started, in recent days they have come under fire for not having a lot of opportunities for people who don't have page rank.
Their real rank system is a joke, and well...it's sad.
Hope you have a good time with them.
Those of us that have been on there for a while are no longer earning thanks to their recent "real rank" roll out.
